CM convinced, no changing of guard in AP: Digvijaya Singh

Putting an end to speculation about change of guard in Andhra Pradesh, AP State Affairs in charge for Congress Party Digvijaya Singh on Friday ruled out change of Chief Minister Kiarn Kumar Reddy.

He reiterated that Kiran Kumar Reddy was a loyal Congress man and he would abide by the decision of the Congress High Command.
"Kiran’s father was a loyal Congress man and so as the case with him. Not only Kiran, but also his whole family is staunch supporters of Congress," Digvijaya Singh told reporters in Delhi.
Speculations were rife over the change of Kiran Reddy for his open remarks against Congress High Command over the state division.
Stating that CM has a right to express his opinions, Digvijaya Singh said that though he has some objections, he won't go against the decision of High Command.
"Changing of the Chief Ministers is not the agenda of the Coordination Committee. He has a right to say what he wants to but the Congress Working Committee is the supreme body and everybody has to follow its decision. He may have raised some points but he will not go against the the party decision."

Replying to a question, he said "CM already convinced and he would not go against the Congress Working Committee decision, by any means.”
He also said that Telangana bill would be sent to the State Assembly by this month end and it is expected to be introduced in the winter session of the parliament.
