Chennai flood: Tollywood stars team up for worthy cause

Hyderabad: Tollywood stars have come forward to donate generously once again for the relief and rehabilitation of Chennai which was badly hit by rains and floods. The stars are collecting funds using social media facebook and twitter with hashtag, #manamadraskosam.

Telugu Stars including Rana Daggubati, Navadeep, Allari Naresh to name some, have made the request on the social media to people to come forward to help the flood-affected people of Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu.

The stars requested the donors to give their donations to the said address at Ramanaidu Studios, Film Nagar and the donations would be managed to reach out the flood-affected people of Chennai.

"Already a deluge of donations are coming to the Studio," informed one of the sources from the fund collecting unit. Tollywood stars including Rana, Tharun, Navadeep, Allari Naresh, Sai Dharam Tej, Akhil and Sandeep Kishan are taking up the initiative collect funds several upmarket places like Inorbit Mall, Manjeera and Forum Malls at Kukatpally in Hyderabad from 4.00 pm to 7.00pm on December 6.
