The ongoing strike in Tamil Nadu as we predicted is helping Ram Charan's Rangasthalam to fetch big numbers at the box office.

Rangasthalam has received love from the audiences and appreciated by critics as well. Being Mega star Chiranjeevi's son, Ram Charan too has a huge fan following in Tamil Nadu. Ram Charan is a familiar face in cinema circles across the world and people are thronging theatres to check what the hype surrounding the film is all about. Rangasthalam Tamil Nadu theatrical rights have been sold for Rs 60 Lakh. Trade Pundits predict that, Rangasthalam will easily collect more thab Rs 60 Lakh within the next couple of days.

The film is directed by Sukumar and produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri under the Mythri movie makers banner. Rangasthalam run time is a bit lengthy but that has done little to hamper the ratings of the movie or prevent people from coming to theatres. Credit goes to Sukumar's handling of the script and DSP music not to mention the artistes' mind-blowing performances.
