Chandrababu’s Graph Is Declining, Observes Former Union Minister

Vijayawada: Former Union Minister Kavuri Sambasiva Rao on Thursday alleged that the TDP government led by N Chandrababu Naidu is embroiled in corruption.

Speaking to media persons in here in the city, Kavuri said that he had apprised the situation of political atmosphere in Andhra Pradesh to BJP national president Amit Shah.

Amit Shah, who is touring in the Telugu states of Telangana and AP, was closeted with the Andhra Pradesh BJP leaders here in the city. Amit Shah met the BJP leaders separately to get some crucial inputs from the party cadre as the BJP is strategically planning to strengthen its base in state ahead of 2019 elections.

Kavuri further alleged that TDP workers are benefiting through Janmabhoomi programmes while the BJP leaders are being sidelined. He said the TDP was not following coalition dharma. The unpopularity of the TDP government is rubbing off on the BJP too, he pointed out.
