Chandrababu spreading falsehoods on Kolleru: YS Jagan

Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday extended full support in solving the problems of those living between + 3 to +5 contours of Kolleru lake in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly.

There was a detailed discussion in the house on reducing the sanctuary area of Kolleru from +5 feet contour to +3 feet contour.
Speaking on this, YS Jagan recalled that YSR had passed a resolution in 2008 requesting the National Board for reduction of the boundary of Kolleru sanctuary.
YSR had also appointed a committee to study the issues related to the people living in Kolleru area. "The government is playing opportunistic politics by trying to pass resolution once again," he said.
He asked the TDP government to take forward the resolution that had passed in 2008. " I am happy for DP is showing little love on the hapless people of Kolleru. Why did not Chandrababu speak even a single word on the Kolleru issue during his 9-years rule," he said.
He said Chandrababu was spreading misinformation on Kolleru.
