Chandrababu's aviation dreams vanish into thin air

AP CM Chandrababu has promised to transform Andhra Pradesh into an aviation hub.

But his dream of constructing an airport in every district is turning out to be an impossible dream. Naidu has been assuring everyone that Prime Minister Modi would come to his aid. But Aviation minister, Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati has ruled out by saying that Centre would not help any state to construct airports.
He asserted that both the sibling states should construct airports with the resources generated by their own states.
When asked about Chandrababu's announcement that he would build an airport in Ashok Gajapathi Raju's native district Viziangaram, the union minister said "Does Vizianagaram have so much air traffic that it merits an airport?"
