Chandrababu, what happened to CTS?

Is Chandrababu Naidu suffering from partial amnesia? His recent gaffes and flip flops seem to indicate so. Unwilling to let an opportunity to brag about himself go, the former Chief Minister has chosen to skip a fairly important initiative from his manifesto, leaving many in suspense.

For example, during Chandrababu's padyatra undertaken to gain lost ground among the people of Telangana and residuary Andhra, the politician kept insisting that he was the mastermind behind the the highly successful Cast Transfer Scheme (CTS). The scheme's viability was also praised by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

He added that it was his son, Nara Lokesh, who had come up with this innovative idea and had even prepared a report on it.

However, strangely, the same does not feature in Chandrababu's recently unveiled manifesto. Many are wondering why the same was did not find place in the manifesto?

Responding on it , a YSRCP leader said that "He is 'all free' Babu. He is only known to make false promises. I am surprised that he even remembers the promises he makes."

He even wondered where is Lokesh who describes himself as the "cash transfer scheme evangelist" in his twitter profile?

Lokesh had made CTS part of TDP's manifesto in 2009 elections. Why is he keeping mum over the exclusion of the same in this manifesto?
