CBI files chargesheet against Home Minister Sabitha

CBI on Monday filed a chargesheet against Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy as A4 in connection with quid pro quo case.

She was one among the 13 accused in the case. The CBI in its 62-page chargesheet mentioned the names of IAS officers Srilakshmi and Rajagopal. About 53 documents have been presented by CBI with 47 witnesses in the case. The CBI also included Ministers Mopidevi, Dharmana in the case. Sabitha Indra Reddy was charged with Sections under IPC 120 B, 409, 420 and also Section 9, 12, 13, 13(1) under Anti-corruption Act.
