Case registered against Ponnala for election code violation

  A case has been registered against former minister Ponnala Laxmaiah for violating the election code of conduct.

The leader apparently violated the code by organizing a big rally from Samshabad airport to Warangal on Wednesday. He arranged the same in celebration of getting the post of PCC President of Telangana state.

Organising the rallies and moving with a big convoy are prohibited when the election code of conduct is in force.

Ponnala, who is so jubilant for getting the top post in Telangana Congress committee, has to fall in trouble the same day.
