Can Sonia chant garner votes for Sarve?

Looks like bad times are back to haunt Congress again. As if Beni Prasad's remarks against Mulayam hadn't caused enough problems for the party, another minister has now landed Congress in trouble. Union minister Sarve Satyanarayana on Sunday invited the wrath of YSRCP members for making disrespectful comments against their departed leader, YSR.

Taking strong exception to Sarve's remarks on the death of late Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, the YSR Congress Party MLAs advised the latter to chant the name of AICC president Sonia Gandhi.
Speaking to the media, the YSRCP MLAs Golla Babu Rao, Srinivasulu and Sucharita demanded that the minister immediately apologise to the YSR family for his derogatory remarks. If failed to do so, he would face serious consequences, they warned.

"If you want more postions. Fall at the feet of Sonia and do bhajan. However, be prepared to face dire consequences for criticizing YSR," the party leaders warned Sarve.

The YSRCP MLAs challenged Sarve's guts asking him to quit his post and contest elections with Sonia's photograph. "We too will contest with YSR's picture. We will see who the public will vote to power,"  they challenged.
