Wall collapses in Masab tank after heavy rain; 4 dead

Hyderabad, Tragic wall collapse in  Vijayanagaram colony at Masab tank in Hyderabad has left four people dead including two women,a man and a boy child. They were identified as, Parvathi, Buchamma, Srihari and Janardan who belongs to Bhimavaram of West Godavari district.

The other who were severely injured in the incident were rushed to Osmania hospital for treatment. One among them Srihari lost fighting  for his life in the hospital.The  wall collapsed in wee hours of Thursday morning after it rained heavily in the city. The incident happen due to compound wall of an adjoining college collapsed on their thatched house.

Rescue operations are still underway.Two bodies have been recovered till now. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) teams are at the spot, has been called in to help rescue the trapped.
