'Better to take early decision on AP's capital'

Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs M.Venkaiah Naidu said that union government would extend all kinds of support for the development of Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to reporters in Vijayawada on Sunday, he said that union government would bear the deficit of first year budget of Andhra Pradesh.

He opined that it would be better to take an early decision on the capital of Andhra Pradesh.

“Our government will fulfill all kinds of promises we had made at the time of recent elections,” said the minister.

He said that they are trying to form metro rail in Vijayawada-Guntur-Tenali route.

The minister said that President Pranab Mukherjee would address both the houses of Parliament on Monday.
“Some parties are trying to form an alliance with the intention of getting the opposition status. The final decision on it will be taken up by the Speaker of Lok Sabha,” said Venkaiah Naidu.
