Berserk Bus Mows Down Three, Kills 100 Sheep

In a shocking incident, a speeding RTC bus mowed down three persons and run over over 100 sheep. The ghastly incident occurred ner R Tummalapalli in Pulivendula mandal of YSR district.
According to the police, an RTC bus coming from Srisailm to Pulivendula lost control and snuffed out the lives of three shepherds who were taking their sheep for grazing. The incident occurred at around 3 am on Thursday morning. All the dead have been identified as inhabitants of Poravanipalle village of Tondur mandal.
The RTC bus driver fled the scene and the police, who rushed to the spot on being informed about the incident, registered a case and took up the investigation. The bodies have since been shifted to the Government Hospital for post-mortem.
