The Sultan Bazaar police on Thursday arrested a beggar for insulting Mahatma Gandhi.

According to reports, an elderly person who painted himself as Mahatma Gandhi and was caught smoking. An advocate, who saw this, felt that this was insulting to the Mahatma and filed a complaint against him.
