BAC meet sees KCR, Errabelli at their acrimonious best

The post-budget presentation Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting saw acrimonious wordy duel between Telangana Chief Minister Chandrashekar Rao and TDP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Wednesday afternoon.

The BAC meeting was held to finalise the agenda of Telangana assembly session. As the meeting was to begin, chief minister KCR reportedly objected to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy's presence at the BAC. But, Errabelli argued that KCR had earlier promised to allow two members of the TDP to speak in the meeting. He accused KCR of going back on his word.
As the argument heated up, KCR reportedly said that he knew how to run the assembly. Revanth shot back saying he knew how to behave in the assembly. KCR said what is the use of running the house for a month when TDP people do not have patience to listen to a thing as crucial as a budget.
Errabelli flew into a rage and used obnoxious words. At this KCR became livid and asked him to hold his tongue.
It was then that senior Congress leader Jana Reddy and BJP leader Lakshman intervened and pacified both the leaders.
