Auto Driver’s Daughter Tops Indian Economic Service Exams
Who would have ever thought that an auto driver's daughter could figure in the top in a UPSC exam? Megha Arora graduated from Hansraj College and secured a post graduate from Delhi School of Economics. Now, she has secured the 8th rank in the prestigious Indian Economic Service exams conducted by the UPSC.
Megha's father, Sunil Arora drives an autorickshaw, carrying school students. He's clearly thrilled with the news of his daughter's feat given the fact that she accomplished it without any coaching. Megha cleared IES in the very first attempt. Interestingly, there were 15 other DSE passouts who appeared for the same exam along with Megha. But Megha was the only one to clear not just the exam but the interview too. Now, having cleared the IES Megha wants to do a PhD.
