Attack on Actress: Police Nab Suspects From Actor-Director’s Flat

Kochi: The Kerala police team, probing into the attack on Malayali actress Bhavana, has taken one more person into custody from a flat near Kakkanad. The detainee is believed to be one of the members of the gang that harassed the actress in a moving car in Kochi on Friday night.

Reports said that the flat belongs to a young actor-director in the Malayalam film industry. If the detainee has any links to the case, the police can arrest the flat's owner. However, the police have refused to reveal more information about the detainee.

The police have also found that a person from film unit revealed Bhavana's travel plans to the assailants. It was alleged that the main suspect Pulsar Suni has close links with many in the industry. Four people from the production unit of the film that the actress was working in are reportedly under the police scanner.
