AP to set up food processing development council

The Andhra Pradesh Government would soon set up a State Food Processing Development Council to promote food processing industry in the state.

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy today took a decision to this effect, an official release said here. District Food Processing Missions would also be set up. The CM had earlier announced that food processing industry would be given prominence.
