AP Secretariat to be shifted to Vijayawada by June

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh secretariat and various government departments would move to Vijayawada by June 2016. This was stated by AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Speaking to the officials on Saturday,he stated that by June 2016, AP Secretariat will be shifted to Vijayawada. It is known that 6 lakh feet tall building required for Secretariat is being built to temporarily house the secretariat.

He also said that within the coming two months, 12,42,000 ration cards will be sanctioned. He also ordered the officials to take action against ration dealers who act inappropriately. In the coming 90 days, Naidu set a target of laying 5 km road everyday.
