AP minister slams re-naming of Angrau Univ

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Agriculture P.Pulla Rao said that the government would fill all the vacancies in their department in outsourcing mode and on contract basis.

“They will be filled on war-footing,” said the minister.

Speaking to reporters in Srikakulam on Saturday, he expressed anger over re-naming of Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University in Hyderabad.

“We will complain on the re-naming of the university to the Central Government and to the Governor soon,” said the minister.

Pulla Rao reminded that Telangana government has no power to re-name the university after Prof.Jayasankar.
It may be reminded that Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao announced the re-naming the Angrau University after T ideologue Jayasankar.
