Another case filed against Mohan Babu

Controversy surrounding the Telugu film  'Denikaina Ready'  which has  Mohan Babu's son Vishnu in the lead is heading for another court battle.

A person named Ragunath, filed  a private petition in Ranga Reddy court on Tuesday  against the film's producer M Mohan Babu and nine others for insulting the Brahmin community in the film.

The petition was filed for violation of sections 153, 295, 420 and 120 of the IPC.

In the petition it was stated that  the attempts have been made to deliberately insult the Brahmin community and hurt their sentiments and religious practices.

The film  has been embroiled in controversy from the date of release as a section of the community wanted some portions of the film be deleted for ridiculing  their religious beliefs.
