Spandana Review: Weekly SADAREM Camps, GPS Mandatory For Sand Vehicles

TADEPALLI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sought details from the officials about the training classes that are being conducted to deliver a qualitative resolution of complaints filed under Spandana and the final orientation phase of the training classes is on December 4, at Anantapur and Kurnool districts.

In a Spandana review meeting, he reviewed on eligible beneficiaries for the different schemes and instructed the officials to display the details at Village Secretariats between December 15 and 18 and said that by December 20, details of all the schemes and beneficiaries should be displayed.

SADAREM certification & camps

He instructed the officials to take the help of the existing 52 centers for SADAREM certification, and issue certificates twice in every week. This will be effective from December 3; World Disabled Day. He also said that from December 15, SADAREM camp should be conducted once in every week in community health centers

Chief Minister said that the amount is paid for all the eligible beneficiaries who have applied for YSR Vahanamitra till date.

YSR Rythu Bharosa

He also mentioned that about 45.82 lakh farmers across the state have been paid under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme and directed the officials to pay for another 2.14 lakh farmers within a week. He said that those who have not applied for YSR Matsyakara Bharosa can apply till December 15.

YSR Arogyasri

Starting from December 1, financial assistance of Rs 225 per day or Rs 5,000 per month will be provided to patients hose who underwent the surgeries under YSR Arogyasri and the Chief Minister instructed the officials to credit the money directly into patients' accounts within 48 hours of discharge from the hospital. This is applicable for 836 types of surgeries in 26 separate departments and the estimated cost of these services is around Rs 268.13 crore.

The officials have discussed about YSR Netanna Hastham and from December 21, every weaver family will receive Rs 24,000 financial assistance under YSR Netanna Nestham. Chief Minister ordered the collectors to prepare a list of beneficiaries by March 1.

And by Ugadi, in a historical event, land pattas will be distributed to every eligible poor family in the state. From January 1, outsourcing employees will receive the salaries through outsourcing corporation.

GPS Mandatory for sand vehicles

The Chief Minister also reviewed on sand availability and sand price in the state. He mandated the officials to publish the information on the sand every week in the district level newspapers. And said that by December 10, GPS is mandatory for every vehicle used for sand transport. He directed the officials to set up Night Vision CCTV cameras at 439 check posts by December 10, to prevent sand trafficking. He asked the district SPs to focus on the prevention of alcohol illegal transport from border states.

He instructed the officials that a phone call should be able to tackle the corrupted criminals and instructed the officials that by the next meeting, 100 percent cheques should be distributed to Agri Gold victims.

Minister Peddireddy Ramchandra Reddy, Chief Secretary Nilam Sawhney, DGP Goutam Sawang, and other officials participated in the video conference.
