Cylinder Blast Kills 2, Injures 1

Vishakapatnam: Two people died and one sustained Injuries when a Vishaka Gas Cylinder blast on Thursday night, on October 10.

According to the reports, retired RTC JE Chala Uma Maheshwara Rao along with his son Satish Chandra (38) and daughter Lavanya (32) stayed at Sagar Nagar in Visakha district of Andhra Pradesh, when all the family members were deep in their sleep the gas cylinder exploded in the house and Maheshwara Rao sustained injuries, while his son and daughter died on the spot.

Maheshwara Rao was rushed to a nearby hospital and his condition remains critical. Police reached the spot and started an inquiry.
