Kodela Sivaprasad Rao’s Son Surrendered In Court Over Furniture Theft Case

Guntur: Late TDP leader and former speaker of Andhra Pradesh Assembly, Kodela Sivaprasad Rao's son Kodela Sivarama Krishna surrendered before the Mangalgiri court on Wednesday, October 9.

Kodela Sivarama appeared before the Mangalagiri Court in Andhra Pradesh today on the orders of the High Court in the assembly furniture theft case. The High Court granted bail to Sivaram and his Lawyer Abdul Razak handed over the necessary documents required for the bail to be granted.

High court grants the bail to sivaram with a condition that he should sign in Thullur police station every Friday.

Police had filed cases under sections 409(cheating), and 411(dishonestly receiving stolen property).
