6 Dead, 5 Injured As Van Collides With Stationary Lorry

Nallajarla: 6 people were killed and 5 others were severely injured in an accident after a van hit a stationary lorry at Nallajarla in West Godavari district on Friday.

According to details, Eleven passengers were travelling to Tirupati from Pendurthi of Visakhapatnam district. The van hit the stationary lorry at Nallajarla. 6 persons died on the spot and the remaining injured were taken to a nearby hospital for the treatment. The deceased were identified as Nilakantarao(55), Laxmi (50), Ramya Krishna(45), Appalaraju (35), Tanuja (3) and Gnaneshwar (8 months).
