CM YS Jagan To Visit Pulivendula On August 8

Kadapa: District Collector N Hari Kiran said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would be visiting Pulivendula on August 8th.

Speaking to district officials at the Spandana Redressal review meeting on Monday, the Collector said that every official in the district administration should be available and work together to make this programme a success.

The State government had allocated Rs 100 crore for the development of Pulivendula region. He instructed the officials to make notes about the developmental activities needed for the region and hand it to him.

The Collector also asked the officials to arrange tableaux and exhibit stalls for the display on the Independence Day. He also told the officials to gather names of the employees who had performed excellently and submit their list to the District Revenue Officer before 5:00 PM on August 9th. He also instructed them to send the list of all the welfare and development programmes implemented in the region to the Public Relations AD's office by 6:00 pm on the sixth of this month.

The newly selected Village (Grama) Volunteers would undergo training on the 6, 7, 8 and 9th of this month under the supervision of the MPDOs. They should also be trained by special officers on how to enter details of family members in the surveys.

The Collector informed the officials that the Kadapa district had fallen from the third to fourth rank in the E-Office ranking and has to pick up pace in this form of governance. The Collector spoke about how the Beyond SLA petitions and Within SLA petitions have substantially reduced.

Joint Collector Siva Reddy Assistant Collector Srinivas Nupur, Special Collector Sathish Chandra and other district administrative officials participated in the meeting.
