47 Officials Transferred In Andhra Pradesh

Amaravati: Over 45 IAS and IPS officers were transferred in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday in continuing to rejig in administration by new Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Several bureaucrats considered close to previous government of N. Chandrababu Naidu were either shunted to insignificant posts or asked to report to General Administration Department for further postings.

Amaravati: Retired IAS officer and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary Ajeya Kallam was on Tuesday appointed as the principal advisor of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He will hold the rank of a cabinet minister, says the order issued by Chief Secretary LV Subrahmanyam.

Sriram Subramanyam Appointed New Advocate General Of AP High Court

Amaravati: Sriram Subramanyam, a senior advocate in the Andhra Pradesh High Court was officially appointed as the state's Advocate-General (AG) on Tuesday. Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam issued a Government Order (GO) under Article 165 (1) of the Constitution of India for the same.
