VIP Darshan At Tirumala Banned Over Model Code

Tirupathi: The TTD has decided not to entertain any recommendation letters from politicians for special Darshan Tickets at the Lord Venkateswara temple under the discretionary quota. This decision came after the election code of conduct had come into effect.

The joint executive officer of TTD Tirumala KS Srinivasa Raju said that this decision will be in place till the code of conduct is revoked and was taken by TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal.

The TTD is gearing up to conduct Srivari Teppotsavams from March 16 to 20 at the temple tank in Tirumala.
