Telangana Fake Currency Gang Busted

Krishna District: The Krishna district police nabbed a gang in Telangana which dealt in printing fake currency notes.

Two days ago, a man gave a counterfeit note to the conductor in a RTC bus. However, the man was caught as the conductor realized the note was fake and handed him to the police in Kanchikacherla.

After conducting an investigation, the police arrested the accused involved in the counterfeit currency gang.

Police found out that the gang printed the fake currency notes in a house at Kodada in Suryapet district and arrested two of the accused. Scanner, Printers, Rs 47,000 worth of counterfeit notes and other valuables were seized from them.
