Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy hosted a reception in India House by the Indian Ambassador to the US Harsh Vardhan Shringla

India’s Ambassador to the US Harsh Vardhan Shringla has hosted a reception at the India House. It was attended by the Ambassador, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the State Delegation Arunish Chawla, Minister (Economic), Nilkanth Avhad - Counsellor (Economic), other Senior Officers from Embassy of India, Washington DC and about 60 entrepreneurs.

In his address to the audience, the Ambassador Harsh Vardhan Shringla, lauded the dynamic leadership of the Chief Minister, stating that which will provide stability, predictability, political will. The states transparent policies, strategic direction and governance will attract investments and capital to the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to global investors, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy laid his emphasis on delivery of corruption free governance, bringing transparency in procurement and contract management and providing investor friendly experience through one-stop hand-holding of investors across the implementation lifecycle. The Chief Minister thanked the Indian diaspora in USA for contributing to a strong foundation for the strategic partnership between the world's oldest and largest democracies.

The Chief Minister has also emphasised on the newer opportunities to strengthen connectivity between United States and Andhra Pradesh, and also spoke in brief about the progress made in bilateral ties over the past year across all domains economics and trade, energy cooperation, culture and people-to-people exchanges.

“Andhra Pradesh is poised to catalyse investments, capital and partnerships owing to robust infrastructure for connectivity, enabling policies, integration with global value chains, shifting demographic dividend and a ready work force,” said the Chief Minister.
