YS Jagan tops Google trends as electioneering gets into top gear in Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu seems to have fallen behind by miles. Sadly, Chandrababu seems to have been beaten on his own turf which is his claim to being the master of the virtual world.

While YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy gained in strength and stature and became increasingly popular with the masses through his constant interaction with the people of the state, especially his fourteen month long Praja Sankalpa Yatra, Chandrababu Naidu has preoccupied himself with criticism of his political adversaries includng YS Jagan, PM Modi and Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao. The Andhra Pradesh chief minister has nothing to show in terms of his own achievements and cannot speak about the progress of the state in any way. On a parallel track, YSRCP campaign song Ravali Jagan Kavali Jagan has proved to be a poll chartbuster notching up more than 10 million views on YouTube to date.

Social Media platforms are buzzing with talks revolving around YS Jagan and the search volume for his name ha topped Google search results. A cursory look at the corresponding graph on search results relating to google trends is telling.

Compared to the graph related to Chandrababu Naidu on the internet and YouTube, YS Jagan is surging ahead in terms of search volume which is direct reflection of his popularity.
