Hyderabad: Popular director and producer from Telugu film Industry Posani Krishna Murali lambasted ABN Andhrajyothy channel for wrongly interpreting the notices received from the Election Commission to him. He lashed out at channel founder Vemuri Radha Krishna.

Earlier, Posani himself announced in a press meet that he had received notices from the election commission. Posani said that EC has summoned notices to him over a complaint by Telugu Desam Party leaders that there is objectionable content about TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu in his upcoming movie.

Posani observed that the first copy of the movie is not yet ready and no one knows what the content of the movie is. It is learned that Krishna Murali replied to the EC with a copy of his medical report that he is undergoing treatment at the Yashodha hospital and cannot present himself before the EC.

However, Andhrajyothy distorted this piece of news and telecast the news that Posani had received notices from the EC for making critical caste comments over Chandrababu.

Posani recalled that Kutumba Rao added on live television that if Posani Krishna Murali is lying about his health condition, then that is going to be a big crime.

Responding over the ABN Andhrajyothi claims Posani clarified that he had no need to lie and it is Chandrababu, who is an expert in lying, cheating and backstabbing is in his nature.

Posani Krishna Murali later played the two videos where Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar, in the video, said, "you are Dalits, from backward classes, why do you need politics." after which Chandrababu said, " who wants to be born in the SC caste."

Posani addressed Vemuri Radhakrishna saying "you can lick Chandrababu's feet if you want, but don't distort my statements. Yes, I did say that Chandrababu is obsessed with caste."
