Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is getting increasingly nervous as reflected by his statements on the data breach case which has become a noose around the TDP government's neck, because of the manner in which the party and government roles got blurred. A confused Chandrababu appears to be getting jittery as seen from his ridiculous statement that the TRS government is causing damage to the brand image of Hyderabad. Chandrababu claims that he had worked hard to build the brand image of the capital city though his tall claims were nailed by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and other leaders. Resorting to his time-tested strategy of distracting and diverting the attention of the media as also the people of the two states, Chandrababu claims that the searches carried out on IT Grids India made Hyderabad an insecure destination for investors, especially in the IT sector. Chandrababu could not explain how a small IT company in Madhapur, Hyderabad which was responsible for developing the Seva Mitra app for the ruling TDP came to possess the data of 3.5 crore citizens in Andhra Pradesh. This was the question raised by many experts and YSRCP leaders. The personal information with IT Grids India included sensitive details such as bank account numbers, aadhaar card, voter ID, address, caste, religion and party preferences. Did IT Grids India access this information from Vizag based Bluefrog Mobile Technologies which is associated with the AP government? What is his connection or that of his son Nara Lokesh with IT Grids and BlueFrog Technologies. If the TDP app Seva Mithra contains information related to his party members, why does it have personal data of citizens of AP? Does he not know that the crime took place in Hyderabad, a complaint on it was received by the Cyberabad police and therefore a case registered here. Why is he scared of a probe into the issue and trying to play down this grave criminal offence?

Probably his most absurd statement during a teleconference to his party workers was that IT companies in future would not store data in Hyderabad! This statement itself exposes the knowledge of the self-proclaimed wizard of technology in simple IT matters related to data storage. Who is Chandrababu Naidu trying to fool here by trying to divert the attention from the data breach involving IT Grids India Pvt Ltd and BlueFrog Mobile Technologies. The most shocking statement Chandrababu reportedly made in his teleconference was that the TRS government was making a mountain of a mole hill by highlighting the data theft case. This proves that Chandrababu is desperately trying to deflect the attention of the people of Andhra Pradesh by downplaying the data theft and the role of his party, government and private companies they were associated they partnered with.

What this sordid and diabolical plan to win the elections at any cost proves the AP CM's desperation. In this case, it is nothing short of cyber booth-capturing.
