Srikakulam: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu conspired to wage a new attack on Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy using religion. The party state general secretary Talasila Raghuram referred to this. Although the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) created several hurdles, including an attempt on his life at the Visakhapatnam airport on October 25, the Leader of Opposition successfully completed the padayatra, he added.

Addressing the media here on Tuesday, Raghuram thanked everyone who had cooperated with YS Jagan's padayatra. The people's leader would address a massive public gathering at Ichchapuram's old bus stand centre, he added saying Chandrababu was planning to foil YS Jagan's Tirupati visit with the TDP workers.

"This is nothing new to Chandrababu Naidu, who had used Lord Venkateswara for his dirty politics earlier. When YS Jagan would visit Tirumala to seek Lord Venkateswara's blessings, the TDP workers would shout slogans of 'Jai Jagan,' thereby disturbing the serene atmosphere and sanctity in the Temple. People of the State should reject this kind of politics," he urged.
