Hyderabad: Jana Sena party (JSP) founder and chief Pawan Kalyan responded to the mention of his party by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in his Thursday's press conference following the attack on Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSR Congress party (YSRCP) Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Visakhapatnam Airport yesterday. It may be recalled that the YSRCP Chief suffered a serious injury in his left shoulder after a waiter at Fusion Foods at the airport attacked him with a sharp knife on the pretext of taking a selfie with him.

After news of the attack broke, several leaders and political parties, including the Jana Sena party, TRS leaders KCR, KTR, BJP's GVL Narasimha Rao and Kanna Lakshminarayana condemned the heinous act. In this context, at a press conference on Thursday night, Chandrababu criticized the Jana Sena Chief for expressing his views on the attack.

Pawan Kalyan, on the other hand, was quick to react to Chandrababu's comments. "My response to Sri CBN's comments on us: Why does Chandrababu point fingers at the Jana Sena after every incident?"
