Hyderabad: YSR Congress party (YSRCP) Rajya Sabha MP Vijaya Sai Reddy said that a massive scandal took place with regard to the tenders for the construction of the Bhogapuram Airport. In a statement released over his latest tweet, the YSRCP leader questioned the Andhra Pradesh government's invitation to private organizations alone, for the construction of the Airport.

"Chandrababu's government plotted a massive scam in the Bhogapuram Airport construction by inviting only the private organizations for the tenders, therefore leaving out the Airports Authority of India (AAI).

The AAI acquired the tender for the Airport's construction in the past. But, the Chandrababu government, by pointing out silly excuses, terminated the tender. In the latest tender issued by the State government, the AAI was barred from participating in the tender. Is it justifiable?

Chandrababu's idea lies in the possibility of colluding with private organizations. If it were the AAI, a government body, collusions and commissions are not possible. Chandrababu deliberately avoided AAI's participation as part of a massive money-making plan.

Does Chandrababu have the courage to deny this?" asked the MP in his tweet.
