Former CM Son In YSRCP
Nellore: Former Chief Minister late Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy's son and Andhra Pradesh BJP Secretary Nedurumalli Ram Kumar Reddy is likely to join YSR Congress Party very soon. It is learnt that in a closed door meeting with his party leaders and supporters, Ram Kumar is said to have expressed his intention to join YS Jagan's party. Last week, the former CM's son had met Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly and YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was on his mass outreach programme, Praja Sankalpa Yatra in East Godavari district.
Keeping in view of the developments, Nedurumalli followers had convened a closed door interactive meeting at Nellore's Swarnamukhi guest house yesterday. During the meeting, it is learnt that his followers and supporters discussed the matter of Ram Kumar Reddy joining YSRCP and came up with suggestions. He said in the meeting that he will follow the diktat of his supporters and followers.
Ram Kumar Reddy is likely to hold a press conference today and make a formal announcement on his future plans.
