Tirupati: YSR Congress Party general secretary Bhumana Karukar Reddy said that their party President and Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would fulfill all the promises as soon as YSRCP comes to power. Talking to auto drivers here today, he said as soon as YS Jagan becomes chief minister, the YSRCP Chief would lend a helping hand to auto drivers. The YSRCP leader attended auto union meet organised by YSRCP district trade union president Jayachandra Reddy.
Bhumana reminded that during the tenure of late chief minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, no auto driver suffered. But under the Chandrababu Naidu's regime the police were harassing the auto drivers. He said YS Jagan had already promised Rs 10,000 to every auto driver and he was confident that the mass leader would stand by the promises he made.
Recently, YS Jagan had met the representatives of auto unions during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra and promised to extend all possible help to them soon after the people's party came to power in the state. On the occasion, the YSRCP chief had promised to give Rs 10,000 to auto drivers in the state, he added.
