Tirupati: YSR Congress Party MP YV Subba Reddy said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was ignoring Rayalaseema. Speaking in Chandragiri near here, he said that it was because of Chandrababu Naidu's negligence that the Kadapa steel plant work had not been started. "Did the AP CM ever mention about steel plant anywhere?" he questioned.

The senior YSRCP leader said that the TDP government was only betraying people and never contributed anything to the state. This was not just the case with few segments, all the verticals had failed during the last four years, he remarked. The greed of commissions made the state government take over the Polavaram project from the centre. He reminded the people that it was YSRCP which had been relentlessly fighting for Special Category Status (SCS) to AP.

While the youth were striving to find employment, Nara Lokesh landed himself a minister's job, he added.
