It has been seven days since Telugu movie Rangasthalam hit theatres. The film is going great guns at the box office. The movie, which is set in a village backdrop features Ram Charan, Samantha, Aadi Pinisetty and Anasuya Bharadwaj in the lead roles. Ram Charan's acting as a hearing impaired person is well received by the audience and there are no words to praise Samantha's deglamorized avatar in the movie. She has wooed fans in her village girl look and dialogues.

Coming back to the Jabardasth anchor Anasuya, we can say that this movie has turned out to be a gamechanger for the Kshanam actress. Anasuya has been highly praised for her Rangammatha character, which is the main pillar to the movie. Addressing a media conference yesterday, the Jackpot2 host said that there is no reason behind my success because I never exaggerate myself. "I don't want to stick to a single role. I want to see myself as a lady Prakash Raj as he always does justice to his roles in the movies," she said.

"When I heard the story of Rangasthalam, I did not know that Ram Charan is the lead actor. On learning about his role in the movie I requested director Sukumar to change my name to Ragamma from Rangammatha as I felt wierd when Cherry addressed me as 'Atha'," she added.

"But after watching the movie, everyone praised my character in the movie including my husband. He said that Rangammatha will remain as one of the best roles in my career," she said. "This is the best compliment I ever received in my life and I am so greatful to the director Sukumar for giving me such a big role in the movie." she concluded.
