Looks like actress Sri Reddy of Aravind 2 has shifted her focus from Power star Pawan Kalyan to popular television anchor Anasuya Bhardwaj. After the #metoocampaign gained momentum in Hollywood over sexual abuse of actresses in the film industry, Sri Reddy has now raised the topic of casting couch in Tollywood. Recently, she stated to a leading tabloid that if any actress wanted to establish herself in the industry she must satisfy everyone - from the director to a cameraman. She made those sensational comments against Pawan Kalyan too. She demanded to know why Pawan chose only Samantha, Pranitha or other actresses and why not Telugu girls? Till date, she hasn't got any response from either Pawan or any other actors.

While speaking to a leading channel, she also stated that it was tough to see career growth in Tollywood. If anyone has become successful it’s only after facing all these hurdles, she said. She also mentioned anchor-turned-actress Anasuya Bhadwaj’s name. This comment has not gone down with Anasuya who has asked Sri Reddy to mind her own business saying there's no need for her to bring up her name. Now this has left gossip mongers’ tongues wagging. The latest buzz doing the rounds is if Anasuya faced the problems Sri Reddy is mentioning at the start of her career. Did she overcome all the obstacles? Why did Anasuya hit back at Sri Reddy when she raised her name? These questions have kept people guessing.

Not long ago, Sri Reddy and Anasuya worked together in a reputed television channel. Sri Reddy stated that "I'm only saying nice things about Anasuya and I don’t understand why she is taking it all wrong. If Anasuya doesn't want me to bring up her name, then I'll keep mum whenever her topic arises."

Meanwhile, Anasuya will be next seen in Rangasthalam 1985 which stars Samantha, Ram Charan in the lead roles. It is all set to hit the silver screens on March 30. Watch this space for further updates.
