The efforts of Anam brothers to join Telugu Desam Party may yield result soon. Both Anam Ramnarayan Reddy and Anam Vivekananda Reddy are trying their level best to shift from Congress to TDP.

Both of them met Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu about four days ago to intensify their efforts for the same.

As per the reports, senior party leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy is objecting the entry of the duo into the party. Eventhough Minister for Municipal Administration Narayana has no objections for the entry of the brothers into the party, Somireddy is pressurizing the party leadership to deny permission for the entry of the duo into the party.

Somireddy is fearing that he may lose grip on the party affairs in the district once Anam brothers entered the party.

Due to the concerns of Somireddy, Chandrababu did not give an appointment for the duo till recently. But, the chief minister had to meet Anam duo recently with the interference of the union minister M.Venkaiah Naidu.

With this, Chandrababu asked his son Lokesh to look into the possibility of admitting the Anam duo into the party. Lokesh talked on phone with the Anam brothers.

Chandrababu is visiting Nellore on August 24. The party leadership is thinking of finalizing the entry of Anam brothers before the date itself.
