Allagadda by elections to be held on Nov 8

The Election Commission of India has announced by-election schedule for the Allagadda assembly constituency in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The by-election for this constituency will be held on 8th November 2014.

Allagadda constituency is going for by – election due to the death of Bhuma Sobha Nagireddy (YSRCP) wife of Bhuma Nagi Reddy

1) Receipt of nominations: 14th October onwards
2) Last date for the filing of nominations: 21st October  2014
3) 4) Withdrawal of Nominations: 24th October
4) Polling date: 8th November 2014
5) Counting of votes: 12th November 2014

 Shobha Nagi Reddy, won the Allagadda assembly seat with a clear majority in Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh, elections to which were held on May 7.
