'All-party meet only for discussions'

Minister TG Venkatesh surprised many by replying to pro-Telangana leaders' demand that Congress declare its stand before the all-party meeting on the Telangana issue.

He said Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde's decision was Congress' decision.

"All-party meeting is limited only for discussions," said minister TG Venkatesh on Thursday in Guntur District.

Telangana state will be a reality if there is a special aspect on Telangana in 2014 Congress manifesto, he said.
