Looks like Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi and Superstar Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu movie result will be having direct impact on Ram Charan's upcoming flick Rangasthalam 1985.

For any Tollywood big league films pre-release business would be more than Rs 100-150 crores. At the time of Pawan's Agnyaathavaasi and Mahesh's Spyder released, they had already made Rs 150 crores pre-release business. But, they have failed to impress the audiences and become big disasters at the box office.

You might wonder, how these movies will effect Charan's Rangasthalam? Here is the answer, buyers and distributors never step back to invest huge amount on Tollywood biggies films such as Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR, Allu Arjun and Ram Charan. Except for Jr NTR, other three stars recent films Agnyaathavaasi, Spyder and Duvvada Jagannadham become turned out to be duds at the box office.

Now the distributors are not coming forward invest on the big budget and top star films unless they doubly sure about the outcome! Recently, Nani's Awe, Varun Tej's Tholi Prema and Naga Shourya's Chalo, all small movies did fantastic business when compared to pre-release business. Latest buzz doing rounds is that director Sukumar's Rangasthalam is based on village backdrop and it will show Cherry and Samantha in not so glamorous roles.

With village story and both the lead characters being shown realistically, will the film be able to earn good revenue: this has become a hot topic of discussion among the cine-buffs. In some areas, buyers are not showing any kind of interest to bag the rights but in one of the area the film has fetched around Rs 5 crores.
