Power Star Pawan Kalyan and director Trivikram Srinivas have put in a lot of efforts to ensure Agnyaathavaasi collections pick up at the ticket window. We already told you that they added Venky scenes on Sankranti to lure more audience to theatres.

All the makers need at the moment is good word of mouth for the film to sustain in theatres. But their efforts have gone in vain due to negative talk. The duo had earlier delivered two blockbuster hits- Jalsa and Atharintiki Daaredi. Fans had expected they will repeat the same magic but Trivikram Srinivas disappointed them with a copied script from French film Largo Winch.

On the second day itself, Agnyaathavaasi collections took a beating at the box office. But now we hear the film is doing reasonable business at the ticket window. The film did a pre-release business of around Rs 120 Cr but incurred 60% loss to producers.

Pawan Kalyan is seen in the role of a techie. The film is about a prince in exile who joins his own company to know who killed his father. The role played by Bomran Irani had less screen space in Agnyaathavaasi when compared to their earlier collaboration Atharintiki Daredhi.
