Vijayawada: Super star Mahesh Babu, who is currently riding high on the success of his super hit film Bharat Ane Nenu, created quite a brouhaha here in the city, where he attended the movie's success meet. To add to this, Mahesh also watched the movie along with his fans.

Speaking to media after watching the movie, Mahesh said, "It feels nice to watch the movie along with so many fans here. Vijayawada has always been a go-to place, with the success meets of Pokiri, Okkadu and Dookudu have all been celebrated here. As long as I am alive, I will keep on acting. Although my father's (Super star Krishna) image has not been a big influence on me so far, credit goes to director Koratala Siva for portraying me like dad. I am here only to thank all the fans for making the film a huge success, not to speak of politics."

Director Siva said, "It is well known that Vijayawada has always loved Telugu cinema. If the Vijayawada audience approve of a movie as a block buster, it surely will be block buster."

Prior to the success meet, Mahesh, who arrived in the city in a special flight, offered prayers at the Kanaka Durga Temple here. Hundreds of fans gathered at the temple ahead of his visit.

The Super star is reportedly scheduled to visit Tirupati for his next success meet, where he will watch the movie once again with the local fans there.
