After Rudhramadevi, Bhaagamathie Anushka To Play Bhanumathi
Tollywood actress Anushka Shetty is on a roll with back to back hit movies like Rajamouli's Baahubali and the latest release Bhaagamathie. The movie which put the audience at the edge of their seats has received a massive response from across India. Basking in the movie's success, Anushka has geared up for her next movie titled 'Mahanati' based on the life of yesteryear actress Mahanati. It so goes that after Rudhramadevi, Bhaagamathie Anushka To Play Bhanumathi.
Anushka recently joined actors like Keerthy Suresh, Vijay Deverakonda, Samantha, Shalini Pandey, Rajendra Prasad, Prakash Raj and Dulquer Salman on the sets, who are also seen in the movie as lead actors.
In the film, Anushka will be seen in the role of another yester-year actress Bhanumathi. Actress Bhanumathi has played a key role in Savitri's life. However, the makers are yet to confirm the news that Anushka is part of the project.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the movie is slated for release on March 29. The Tamil-Telugu bilingual film is being produced under the banner Vyjayanthi movies. After Rudhramadevi, Bhaagamathie, Anushka To Play Bhanumathi?
