After KCR, Babu to host Iftar party

Vijaywada: N Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh will be hosting an 'iftar' party on July 17 in Vijaywada.

Iftar parties will be hosted at district collectorates on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr across the state on Friday, Minister for Minorities and Information and Public Relations Palle Raghunadha Reddy said

The government will also distribute 11 lakh white ration cards and Muslims will get 5 kg flour, 2 kgs of sugar, one kg vermicelli and 100 grams ghee free of cost as Eid gift, the minister stated in a release.

These items would be available for distribution at all ration shops in state on July 14.
