Advocate, Son Held For Raping 16-Year-Old Girl

Hyderabad: An advocate and his son, LLB student, were arrested on Thursday for raping a 16-year-old girl, who was employed as a maid.

Chaitanyapuri police said that for the past nine moths the girl was sexually molested by Bharath Kumar Reddy (29), while his father Sudhakar Reddy misbehaved with the girl.

The victim has been sent to Government Maternity Hospital, Koti for a medical examination. Currently, the victim has been shifted to Nimboliadda, Kachiguda.

A case has been registered under 376 (rape), Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Prevention of Scheduled Caste & Schedule Tribe Act, section 16&18 of Bounded Labour System(Abolition) act-1976.

The incident took place in Hyderabad's Green Hills colony.
